"The Shoemaker's Kids Go Barefoot — But I Lost 22 Kilos."

My name is Stéphane. I've been on GLP-1 injections for 8 months.

I work in healthcare. I advise others every day. But putting my own advice into practice was difficult.

Before Tirz, I Was In Despair.

I believed I was an accomplished man. Until my wife drew my attention to my ongoing weight gain.

At my daughter's wedding, I didn't post any photos. Me, who always posts them. I hated the body I saw. I fell into a depression, a kind of cheerful sadness. I hid it and laughed about it.

It was my godmother, MaaPicsou, who shook me up: "It's good to advise patients, but when are you going to start yourself?" That sentence triggered everything.

What Has Changed.

I feel lighter. The sciatica that had been causing me pain for so long no longer flares up.

I sleep better. I'm no longer out of breath when I wake up. I've gotten my energy and confidence back.

Before, I avoided the camera. Today, I am myself, in all my glory.

My Journey In Numbers.

From 99.9 kg to 78 kg, that's 21.9 kg lost. 🥳

My Advice.

Patience. Every body is unique. Your body won't respond the way mine did. Stay confident and make exercise a valuable ally.

That's the Tirzattitude. 💛

"After 3 Injections — I Gave Up My Cane."

My name is Couronne Manitha. I live in the United States. I've been on GLP-1/GIP for over 6 months.

Before — A Life Put On Hold.

A work accident, a cane, pain that wouldn't go away. I couldn't walk more than 20 minutes. At night, I barely slept. The stress, the pain, the insomnia, it was hard!

All of this fueled record weight gain, 123 KG.

I had reached the point of considering surgery. When you've tried everything, you end up accepting the solutions you didn't want.

And then I started GLP-1. Like a door opening just before you give up.

My Wow Moment.

Three injections of 5 mg and three weeks later, I put down the cane. Just like that.

That day, I cried.

What GLP-1 Gave Me Back.

Flexibility. Comfort. I sleep like a baby. Those dimples I rediscover when I laugh. That lightness I thought was lost forever.

And an avoided surgery. I got back the agility of my 17-year-old self. 💃

My Journey In Numbers.

I went from 86 kg to 123 kg because of back pain. Today, I've lost 29 kg and my goal is to reach 80 kg.

My Advice.

"Don't look at the money. Look at your health. Health has no price. Even if you lose weight with difficulty, keep your eyes fixed on your goal."

Thank you to MaaPicsou. Congratulations to the Mother of the Tirzattitude. 💛

"I Saw My Collarbones. It Had Been So Long."

My name is Gaëlle, from Congo Brazzaville. I've been on GLP-1 for three months.
Three months. And already, a woman who recognizes herself again.

Before Tirz, I Felt Uncomfortable In My Own Skin.

I didn't love myself anymore. It's hard to say, but it's the truth.
My body struggled to keep up. Long distances were a challenge. I was out of breath. My knees hurt.

What Has Changed.

First, my weight. And with it, everything else.
I feel light. And most importantly, I've regained my confidence. That confidence I had lost along the way, it came back.

My Wow Moment.

The day I fit into jeans I had bought three years ago, too small at the time. That day, I danced until I was completely exhausted!!

And then I saw my collarbones. 🤣 Wow, my bones are there! It had been so long. That little detail meant everything.

My Journey In Numbers.

From 104.7 kg to 87.9 kg, that's 17.3 kg in 3 months.

My Advice.

Patience is the foundation. But you shouldn't just wait for the medication to work while lying around. My secret: DIET AND EXERCISE. No more sugar, no more alcohol. My drink is water, and unsweetened tea.

At the beginning it wasn't easy. But it was so worth it. ☺️

That's the Tirzattitude. 💛

"Dancing Like I'm 20 Again, Perched On My Heels."

My name is Linda Alice. I started in May 2025. A year already, and since December, I've been in maintenance.

When Being Overweight And Despair Go Together.

I was desperate. That silent anguish you feel when you're putting in all the effort and seeing nothing move.

There were weeks when the scale showed nothing good. One thing kept me going: the conviction that it was just a matter of time. With MaaPicsou by my side, I moved forward with confidence.

What Has Changed.

Everything. My energy. My wardrobe. My self-esteem. Nights out, fits of laughter, moments I no longer dared to have.

And dancing. Perched on heels. Like I'm 20 again.

That, no scale can measure.

My Wow Moment.

In week 5. My husband was looking for my big belly. Not finding it anymore, he thought I had stopped eating because I was upset. Poor guy.

My Journey In Numbers.

From 83 kg to 62 kg. That's 21 kg lost. In maintenance since December 2025.

My Advice.

Be patient. Even when nothing seems to move, the medication is working. Really build the right habits. Because what comes after starts during.

That's the Tirzattitude. 💛

"Happy To Have Lost 31 Kg And To Be Healthier With Glp-1."

I'm Audrey, owner of a furniture store in Abidjan. Except that fo

r a long time, I hadn't put myself first.

I started treatment in July 2025. I felt at peace, because I had trusted women ahead of me. Women who had already walked this path. It changes everything not to move forward alone.

What Has Changed…

I eat more protein, fewer side dishes. I don't diet, I don't drink so-called slimming teas…

I finally feel at peace with myself.

And my new body, I'm getting used to it. Slowly. With pleasure and happiness.

My Wow Moment.

First, facing a meal: I felt calm in front of food. No more inner battle. No more food noise in my head. Just peace.

Then in the fitting room, I went from size XXXL to S.

My Journey In Numbers…

▪️ I went from 91 kg → 60 kg, that's 31 kg lost.

My Advice.

Stay calm. Do a bit of exercise to tone up and avoid the scale. Once a week is more than enough…

"Listen to your body. Not your eyes, and even less to other people."

My Message To Those Who Are Hesitating.

Finally, I'm reclaiming my identity.

It's not a number, not a size. It's a rediscovered identity.

That's the Tirzattitude. 💛
